Meet our Providers

Amanda Mathews Owner/LPC

Helping others reach their full potential has always been my passion. Having faced my own life challenges, I bring both compassion and clinical expertise to the counseling process. I support individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, relationship challenges, stress, and crisis recovery. My approach explores how thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and physical well-being connect, helping clients make meaningful, lasting change.

I teach practical tools such as mindfulness, meditation, emotional regulation, stress tolerance, communication, boundary-setting, and cognitive restructuring while helping clients process underlying trauma. My style is compassionate yet direct, encouraging deeper self-understanding and real transformation. Above all, I’m genuinely invested in each client’s growth, walking alongside them as they discover their strength and resilience.

Haley Hayman LAC-T

I specialize in helping high-achieving adults navigate life transitions, identity development, relationship dynamics, and trauma recovery. Many of my clients are professionals, entrepreneurs, or creatives who appear successful on the outside but feel disconnected, unfulfilled, or uncertain on the inside. I offer a trauma-informed and LGBTQ+ affirming space for exploring who you are beneath the roles, expectations, and responsibilities you carry. Together, we’ll work toward greater self-understanding, emotional balance, and authentic connection—in your relationships, career, and daily life.

My counseling style is warm, conversational, and grounded in presence. I take a mindful, collaborative approach that helps you slow down, notice what’s happening beneath the surface, and connect with what truly matters. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness to guide our work. These approaches help you slow down, notice your inner world, and rebuild trust in yourself. My goal is to help you find clarity and meaning in both your personal and professional life.
