I create a strong sense of self by highlighting the mind-body connection with an emphasis on mindfulness and awareness, as well as neural reprogramming.
I bring an empathetic ear to every session, and am curious about your unique experience. I have specialized in working with children with stress, children with ASD as a registered behavioral therapist, utilizing play therapy techniques, gestalt language processing to walk alongside my younger clients and help them gain clarity. Child or adult, I want to help explore patterns, identify roadblocks within ourselves, and create space for growth in awareness, trust in the self, and self-efficacy.
I create a strong sense of self by highlighting the mind-body connection with an emphasis on mindfulness and awareness, as well as neural reprogramming. I utilize neurological techniques such as Neuro Emotional Technique, as well as more traditional cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness to embrace dealing with trauma and integration, and explore early childhood development and family systems.
I take time to listen and understand before responding, and create space for you to connect with and express yourself. I am looking to help you give yourself a power-up in life, so you can embrace life to the fullest.
