I believe real wellness happens when your mind, body, spirit, and soul are all supported.
Hi, I’m Catherine, and I’ve spent more than 20 years helping people feel better in their bodies, reconnect with themselves, and build healthier lives from the inside out. I believe real wellness happens when your mind, body, spirit, and soul are all supported not just one piece at a time. My approach blends solid clinical nutrition expertise with the heart of a counselor, so you get guidance that’s both evidence‑based and deeply compassionate.
My journey into nutrition wasn’t something I planned. Back in my early college days in Upstate New York, I was working as an Administrative Assistant in Food Service and trying to figure out what direction to take. I signed up for a nutrition class on a whim, and everything clicked. I knew instantly that this was the work I was meant to do. That moment set the stage for a career focused on healing, prevention, and empowering people to change their lives through food and behavior.
For more than 15 years, I’ve worked in Acute Care, supporting patients during some of their most challenging moments. That experience strengthened my clinical skills and also deepened my understanding of how emotional and behavioral patterns shape our health. Wanting to better support the whole person, I went on to earn a Master’s degree in Counseling in Substance Abuse and Addictive Disorders. That training expanded my ability to help clients navigate not just what they eat, but why and how to create lasting change.
Service is a big part of who I am. I volunteer with organizations that mean a lot to me, including Reaching Teen Hearts, programs supporting people experiencing homelessness, and Robinson Ranch. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me outside, exploring new places, reading, or spending time with the people I love.
At the heart of my practice is connection. I believe every person has the ability to change when they feel seen, supported, and encouraged. It’s truly an honor to walk alongside my clients as they discover healthier, more fulfilling lives.
