I support individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, relationship challenges, stress, and crisis recovery. My approach explores how thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and physical well-being connect, helping clients make meaningful, lasting change.
I teach practical tools such as mindfulness, meditation, emotional regulation, stress tolerance, communication, boundary-setting, and cognitive restructuring while helping clients process underlying trauma. My style is compassionate yet direct, encouraging deeper self-understanding and real transformation. Above all, I’m genuinely invested in each client’s growth, walking alongside them as they discover their strength and resilience.
